Use ALT + F10 when booting up to backup the primary bios to the secondary bios! G/L
I did not know that, thank you for telling me.

I for got to add use CTRL F10 to copy your backup bios to the main bios during boot up.

Just got this MB and I have problems booting.

I'm upgrading from x58 so MB, CPU and Ram is all new. Bringing my 2 580's, HDD, SSD and PSU from my x58 over to the new one.
Since my old build was watercooled, I will be doing the same with this one. So before installing all the water blocks and stuff I wanted to test the MB, CPU and Ram. So I placed the MB on the box, installed the CPU with the stock cooler and then the Ram.

I made a small loop with 1 of the 580's to test with but when I powered the board nothing is showing on my screen. Just showing "no signal detected".
Removing the 580 and using the onboard DVI and HDMI ports and same thing, no signal detected.

I then looked at the debug LED. It’s running a couple of different codes and then repeats it. I've looked in the manual to see if I could use the codes for something but I don't really see what to do with them. I made a small video. I slowed the speed down to 30% so it’s easier to see the different codes http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KvU-GygmdXU&feature=youtu.be

I've tried running with only 1 Ram stick. I have also tried removing the MB battery and it’s still the same.

First time I powered it on the PSU Fan would start spinning then stop then spin then stop and keep doing that. After having removed the battery and installing it again seems to have solved that problem and is now spinning all the time.

Not really sure where to go on from here maybe one of you are able to help me?

1st thing I would suggest is for you to update to the latest official Bios...F7 methinks of better yet the latest beta version. Both can be had at gigabytes website.

My screen is just black when powering on how should I update the Bios then?

Forgot to mention that without any Ram sticks the Debug LED stops at 53 and then the board shuts down after a couple of seconds and restarts.
According to the manual Code 53 is "Memory initialization error occurs", so I guess that's normal when there is not any memory installed

The last code was Assign PCI device resources, so it might be an issue with the PCIe slots or something like that.
