They appear to stable, one of the cards was stable before one of them had to be downclocked 10MHZ to work.

exactly. on the box and online Asus clearly states boost of TOP card is 1137Mhz, anything above that is a nice bonus. they are simply correcting the mistake with this bios issue so cards out of the box don't boost to insane speeds making them unstable.

Well my new non TOP model arrive today, much better this time.

Out of the box I get a max boost of 1137 with temps at 72

Raising the clocks to those of the stated TOP models I get max boost of 1280, more like it.

Further OC GPU im at 1100 with max boost 1322, no voltage increase just PT @122 but get a max reading of 131 in AB, still using the bios fan profile the max temp is 76.
Whether im stable at this remains to be seen but it passes heaven at max settings with no glitching or crashes after 2 loops,

Dont think ill push anymore though as it seems im lucky this time and I dont want to burn the thing out.

Report more later

i think it was 1202 or something around that. but that confuses me even more because i thought the default was 1137 and 1137+ 35 does not equal 1202 O_o

Wow that kinda sucks , can't wait till tomorrow to get my card they said it was tested and it's stable , question is if that "testing" involved flashing the new BIOS.

After 1hour of quick ocing ive got the following clocks that seem good so far, ill run Heaven for a couple of hours later and various other benchmarking programs to test stability and find the actual max clocks but for now the following clocks are passing heaven and 3dmark vantage max settings.

GPU 1100
Boost 1322
Memory 3504

Max temp 66 with SP fan profile

Max PT 131
Vcc 1.162 (max voltage slider will not increase readings)

All above readings are taken from AB..

What OC programs are other OC people using? I can only get AB to give possitive results
