Yeah its common for these cards. Are you hitting those speeds with stock boost or an offset?

hey guys im putting a build together right now for this card, to do a test boot i simply plug in the power supply and the hdmi directly into the mobo right? im running this computer with the i5 3570k igpu for now

Yes just get it all set up like you would minus the graphics card.

That's not accurate, 670's are closer to 470 SLI.. not 480.. I'm in a similar position to chizijs, I have a 480 with an aftermarket cooler, I want to get a new card but im just not seeing the benefits for $500aud...

Yah didn't brettjv have sli 470s before his current card. I think they had pretty much the same 3dmark score as a 670.

Yep mines exactly the same. Things like Heaven 3.0 only clock to about 1267mhz most of the time, where as games will stay at 1300mhz generally and dip sometimes for no real reason that i can see, still great performance though.

In terms of overclocking a GPU, how do I go about it? I figured I could ask you guys, seeing how the OCN community is very helpful thumb.gif
