Guys are there any differences between the asus dcII and the dcII top?
I think the only difference is the Top is factory overclocked.

Huh, that looks nice oO It's a totally different PCB then?

Might the better power phases reduce that nasty noise the reference card makes, when reaching 70+% load? Because that would be simply awesome.

What a joke, the UK prices have increased overnight from £359 yesterday to £399 this morning. I still hope they honour my price match to yesterdays pricing. Im picking up today and im not spending £399 on it.

I ordered mine for €410. And now in the same webshop the price raised already to €440. The site indicator says that it will be in stock within 1-10 days, can't wait!
They did this with the GTX 680. It was £419 on launch now its £469...its stupid. £50 MORE for the same thing. The standard Direct CU II is £349 and that will probably overclock the same just hasnt been tested by asus.

Does anyone know if you can overclock the TOP models even further?

It's all a luck of the draw...the only thing the top models guarentee are their OC speeds from factory... an standard non-TOP has the possibility of clocking just as high and higher. But could also get one that can't. eh, luck of the draw either way IMO.
