its a good 38 low and 58 high, but that's on a bottlenecked rig like mine, Ultra seems playable enough, I mean, it says 27fps but It doesnt feel THAT laggy.

its gonna be a 100% increase in graphics for most games.

Some games you'll start to notice the E5300 bottlenecking the GTX560ti especially the poorly optimized GTA IV

Oh, Average for me would be around the mid 40's, please do note this is with a bottleneck.. My friend with his i5 2500k and GTX 460 OC Platinum, had trouble running it on Ultra at 1920x1080, its a heavy game, Plus, Medium and High look very eye candy as it is.

The GTS 450 has 192 CUDA cores and a 128-bit memory interface. The GTX 560 Ti has 384 CUDA cores and a 256-bit memory interface. You have double the CUDA cores at a faster clock speed and double the memory interface, so it should theoretically be double the performance going from the GTS 450 to a GTX 560 Ti.

Indeed but i plan to upgrade my CPU once a good percentage of games starts requiring quad cores

A good number of games already like quad cores, but I agree that most games are still optimized for dual cores at high clock speeds.
