So I had a Vapochill phase change rig sitting in my garage unused for about 3 years and decide I would put it to some use.
I attached my old Innovacool CPU water block to the Vapochill unit and turned everything on. Happily the vapochill still worked and did a decent job of cooling the water system. With this success I built my new rig and added a EK Supreme EH Copper / Plexi to the loop and booted her up.
After 10 minutes or so I ran into a problem - condensation on the tubing. I considered insulating the tubes, but then had a brainwave. I added an old rad to the loop and placed it inside the main PC rig. I put on an old YS Tech 120mm fan I had and put the case back on, This was fantastic - after the same 10 minutes there was no condensation on the tubes and the ambient inside the case was significantly cooler than outside!
Two days later ther are no more issues. I have my 3770K runing at 4500MHz at 20C at idle and 45C under load! (It's also significantly quieter than my old system.)
The only downside is I have to go through a boot up procedure of getting the vapochill system chilled to 0C, then turn on the pump, then boot the rig. If I mis-time it, the water in the innovacool block freezes or the vapochill issues an overtemp error.
