hello , i have intel pentium 4 3.0, and i want to overclock it around 3.5 how much voltage should i write? now its 1.38

Well hard say that just out of nothing. I suggest you try to OC your CPU by increasing your FSB little amounts and see how far it goes. If you arent satisfied with the result very slowly increase your Vcore and see if you can push your OC further.

Always keep an eye on your temps. Never let them get above something like 55C. I dont know what your max Vcore is so maybe someone else can fill you in on that.

If you have a prescott cpu, most people are saying you shouldn't go past 1.525 on the vcore. Getting to 3.5 GHz shouldn't be too dificult with your configuration. Look into the intel overclocking guide. It's a good start to get to your goal.
