550 ti or HD 6770

Hey guys,
So I'm trying to build my first PC, and it's all roughly figured out (see build), but I'm wondering about what graphics card I should get. I'll be using it primarily for light gaming, light CAD, and light Photoshoping. I'm stuck between the HD 6770, or 550 ti. ( I dont need a billion FPS on Ultra, I'd just like a reasonable frame rate on most games.)

Also, if you like, you could recommend changes to the build. (note, my budget is max 150 euro for graphics card, and around 600 euro for the entire build.)
