I've been looking for a dremel would This one be any good?

I would say it's just fine. I think they are all the same except the price. As long as it is variable speed it would do most anything you would want it too.

Dremel high quality Flexible Shaft <--- is this of any use? is it worth paying 30€

that's the one i have... works very well and i plan on using it here soon to clean up my wiring... maybe thanksgiving when i have some time off

The standard Dremel has control problems due to the high RPM's and the angle of torque. It's hard to control that bad boy when it's up to speed and you are cutting something. If it grabs, the torque is very hard to control. I once cut a gash accross three of my fingers because the Dremel grabbed while cutting plastic then jumped up and skipped accross the workpiece and accross my fingers.

The one I linked above give you torque control at a right angle to the axis of rotation. VERY NICE!.
