Is this build fine ? *new to forum*

Hello, I have never really posted on a forum before so forgive me if this is in the wrong spot.

I am wondering what to order now. What would you change about the build below and why? feeling a little skeptical about the PSU but for that price I cannot pass it up seeing as I am already over my original build budget (happens every time! haha)! Also I mean skeptical as in future proofing seeing how its only 650w, but I really want to try out a modular PSU this time round. I will not go over 1000$ on the rest, I still have to buy diablo 3 and battlefield 3 but those are in a whole other non existent budget. Input on the keyboard and mouse would help ALOT. is that just personal preference or is there a specific reason? I have always used gigabyte, asus and asrock mobo's and never noticed a difference. I like the look and price with crossfire and the great reviews of the biostar although I have never used it but I will change it if need be!

my last ram set were the black CL 68624 1600mhz gskill and one stick died on me, happens with all brands but I just want to try something other than g.skill now. Also with the xms3 I will have no problem overclocking to that speed.

thanks that is settling to hear haha! Yeah those sticks look great but are 61.99$ + 6.99 shipping on the Canadian newegg otherwise I might of went for them. I was looking at the crucial 1866 that are said to go to CL 8 but they are 69.99 . I was just about to change my cart to the asrock board but its $154+, I will never see performance gain other than quality vs not-quality product so I guess I am going to gamble with the biostar, just like I usually never buy a reference gpu but I just randomly bought it! I am sure I will love my computer, I just have never spent less than 1600$ on my own personal rig!
