5870 YouTube Clocks (Solved)

I know I have solved this problem before but I can't seem to find the answer on the interwebs. I am playing a game and trying to listen to music on YouTube at the same time but when I do this my card clocks down to 400 Mhz core clock instead of 1051Mhz in which it normally runs. What is the trick to make it so it doesn't do this again?

I tried thee OC.net search and Google but can't find it. Anyone know it off hand?

This is how to disable Power Play;

1. Go to regedit (start > search programs and files > "regedit").

2. In drop down menu: find file > type "enableulps".

3. For ALL instances (keep pressing F3) change the "1" value to a "0".

4. Reboot PC.

That should fix it, or you might have to try something like this
