Hi, I'm currently overclocking my rams and i was wondering if higher latency would be better for bandwidth like sb chips or is lower latency better?

As long as it is CAS9 or lower, you are fine.

agree with the above. I don't bother overclocking my RAM now. I tried in the past and didn't notice that much of a difference tbh. I am running mine at the approved 9-9-9-24 @ 1.5v
