Athlon 64 3500+ release date is jun 2004. And specification Wise (I mean at least pixel fill rate, texal fill rate and memory bandwidth) most high end GPUs that had been released at that time seems equivalent to 6570. Theoretically 3500+ CPU should be enough to push a 6570. But the problem here remains that Most games of current generation are multithreaded and require dual core CPU at least for playable fps. Hence the conclusion is that CPU might be having trouble running games at playable fps.

i have 3200 venice 939 and g440 1gb ddr3, testing on mw3 less 30fps in outdoors
1280-1024 high
