I'm not surprised... Facebook isn't like Google or Twitter.

Google has secured its position a long time ago, Twitter is becoming the biggest news agency the world has ever seen. Facebook is just... a playground that allows people to communicate. Once the gangsters get to the playground, everyone will move to a different place. Way too unreliable to invest in it.

Facebook is a billboard, just like google and twitter. The fact that you can search or communicate with it is a side note. Their money comes from advertising, (and the sad sad people that spend money on facebook games). Problem with facbook is, their ads are SO SMALL that i never notice they are there.

Facebook should never have started out at $38 bucks a share.

If facebook had went public 4 years ago...thier growth potential would have put them at over $100 dollars a share...but they are stagnant in revenue now.

The beauty of facebook and google is that they are simple and uncluttered. Google was able to make extravagant aqusition making them owners of sites nearly 100% of users visit daily.

No body is saying not to buy Facebook stock...they are just saying wait.

See how far it drop, when it starts leveling...then buy....with the new mobile market, and the funds from investors due to thier new IPO, we could be seeing a Facebook Phone, or Tablet that could generate great revenue. I'd doubt it, but it could happen.

its not surprising really - a company that doesn;t have anything tangible in the real world to offer to people - but just for a "website" that can even be value towards 1 billion is already retarded - let alone 100Billion..things like this can only happen in america.
