BF3 basically also requires it.

My little brothers rig kept crashing (e5400 3.6ghz, 3gb 800mhz, 5770, W7 Pro 32 bit) in BF3. I reinstalled windows 7 pro but in 64 bit flavor and has never crashed since.

Oh and I had re-installed windows 32 bit as well and the game itself multiple times to no avail.
