Honestly, If you want the best possible fps at the lowest possible price, Go with these 3 main components:

I chose these components because the GPU is FAR more important than a CPU when gaming (especially on two monitors). Also this CPU can be overclocked to prevent any bottlenecking that may occur, but you won't be able to push it to 5Ghz, like the 2500k. This CPU is $60 cheaper than the 2500k as well, thus allowing you to choose a better suited Graphics Card, for two monitors, like this upper-middle end 7870. Also, something else you may want to consider doing is only going with a single monitor for the time being, and when you have the money to upgrade components/SLI/crossfire then get a second one.
