I've been trying to contact Lamptron about my faulty FC5V2. I submitted an RMA from their website, complete with pictures and a copy of the original invoice. So far I have not heard anything back.
The FC5 stopped working one day. I turned my PC on and noticed the LCD was not showing any digits. No voltages, rpms, nothing. I then noticed that all my fans were not spinning!
The back of the LCD glows, like its working normally, but nothing shows up on the screen. My FC5 has been working perfectly for 11 months. I purchased it at Microcenter, brand new in the box.
So I'd like to get this RMA moving along, I'd hate for my Lamptron experience to be ruined by a silly customer service issue
