What's the best graphic card within the 150-200$ range

Hey guys. I am currently on my way to buy a new graphic card. because my GTX260 is taking a crap on me after a few hours of diablo3.

Sorry for not doing any research. Don't really have time to.. any help would be greatly appreciated!

My budget is within 150-200$ range. I want to run Diablo3 on its max settings on 1920x1080. (currently using a 22' @ 1600xforgot.) and the GTX260 WAS running it on full setting before it fried on me.

What's the best ATi or Nvidia card within the range? It doesn't really matter to me what brand. Just as long it's the best performance. I only play D3 and L o L now. P.S. I'm not overclocking the graphic card. Fried over 5 cards already.

*EDIT*. Wow. can't believe it's been 2 years since I've posted here. Sucks to feel like a newb and not keeping up with computer parts anymore =|

GTX 560 is the way to go. But if you can find a used GTX 260 for like 40-60 bucks to use in SLI, u can get similar performance but cheaper.
