Since "20nm" ddr3 was announced as being in mass production: http://semiaccurate.com/2011/09/22/samsung-has-started-mass-production-of-20nm-ddr3/

Anyone have an inkling on the amount of time traditionally spent mass producing before products start popping up?

Products likely already exist, but OEMs are going to get them first for their servers. Could easily be a year from the start of mass production till they show up in consumer parts.
