The newest Nvidia drivers were giving me some serious BSOD issues. I couldn't run my PC for more than maybe a minute or two max without a BSOD occurring. Uninstalled Windows, then installed 296.1 drivers... and viola, I'm golden.

Give them some time, IMO. At least with SLI

Nvidia Control Panel indicates that the supported version of DirectX on my 560ti changed to 11.1? I know I would need Windows 8 to take advantage of DX11.1 but I didn't know a 500 series card could use DX 11.1

For me, so far the new drivers are working just fine - havnt really benchmarked them other than to run Stone Giant a couple of times just to check if the drivers were woking. Over all 1-2 frames less on average 90fps vs 91-92fps @ 1680 x 1050 fullscreen, v-sysnc off, antialiasing 4x. But, a noted improved smoothness in stuttering & no noticeable page tearing. 2xGigabyte GTX460OC v2 1gb GDDR5 in SL

These new drivers work great, but for some odd reason, they don't like my overclock on my 680. They would crash constantly in 3dmark 11 and Heaven with the same OC I did with 301.10, and that is +140mhz on the core and +300mhz on the memory with EVGA Precision. Not sure if it's anything on my side, but it was very weird (temps have never been a problem and I've been using my stable OC for the past several weeks now).
