[IntoMobile] Reuters: Samsung’s Galaxy S III already has 9 million preorders - Page 2

Keep in mind the preorder one is not compatible with Verizon or Sprint though.

Not knocking it or anything... but are these actually pre-orders from consumers or carriers? And I think this should be in rumours as it's not official.

Looks like a pretty good smartphone though.

That's cool, I'm in Canada anyway. When AT&T gets their phones, we get ours shortly after. ( Rogers )

Not knocking or anything, but it helps if you read the article's source.

(Reuters) - Samsung Electronics Co has received some 9 million pre-orders for its third-generation Galaxy S smartphone from more than 100 global carriers, the Korea Economic Daily reported on Friday.
Samsung toppled Apple as the world's biggest smartphone maker in the first quarter, helped by its line-up of Galaxy named devices running on Google's free Android software.

P.S. This article is not a rumor, and it's fine where it is. Reuters isn't known to make up or report on rumors.

Removable battery, Micro SD Slot, Better camera, cool accessories, better user experience, Touchwiz less annoying than Sense, and not to mention the Wifi issues the One X has, makes the GS3 a no brainer for me.
You forgot the most important feature. A Wolfson DAC. Absolutely awesome.

It's all good, I skim through articles ALL the time. wink.gif

I'm just happy that we won't have to wait MONTHS to get this phone. The Galaxy S2 release was pretty annoying.

Haha and yeah I'm glad the market will be flooded with quad-core smartphones -- I want developers to really get on board with developing apps for quad-core devices -- namely games xD

Take off your tinted spectacles for a minute and actually read what I said.

I'm pretty sure we're going to end up with a Dual Core S4, which is faster than Tegra 3.

About that bencher guy, funny how he's accusing you of hating, when he's the one being a hater. wink.gif
