Just FYI - the reason I went with ASRock was because the PCI Express slot was placed at a much better location than on the Gigabyte.
My sounds card using PCI Express (Titanium HD)...and I wanted it as far away from my GFX card (better airflow, more ventilation, less heat trapped)...with the Giga they both would have been right next to each other. Just something to think about before you buy a motherboard.
Besides that yeah, I guess the Giga has slightly better quality if Sin says so...you really can't go wrong with either...especially, if price is similar.
That being said..right now on newegg...based only on 4 or 5 stars...ASrock has 80% and Giga has 75%.
