I don't know what the 7990 has to do with anything. Nvidia hasn't shown any new Geforce cards either. What you are doing is assuming a Tesla card is going to be made into a GeForce card a year from now. Pretty big assumption if you ask me considering Nvidia has given zero indication that this is going to ever happen. Even if it does the GeForce chips will likely be cut down versions that weren't good enough to be put in said Tesla chips.
You do also realize this article isn't actually based on anything correct?
