But why so expensive ? It's the same card, only with a special cooler, when i purchased my gtx570 directCU II was 20% more expensive than a stock card, and this direct CU II is much more expensive than a stock gtx680...

Because it's not the stock 680, it's the TOP version.

That said, I wouldn't personally get it, I'd grab the 670 TOP if anything.
