Very nice I'm going to do this for my Seasonic X650 for a new micro ITX build. I have a question for you does Seasonic use special wires in there x series cables? Reason why I am asking is the length of the cables that they come in are way to long for my build so I have these Silverstone Model PP05 Short Cable Set For Silverstone Strider Series Modular PSU but allot shorter, could I just switch the end connectors with these wires?
Thanks
Also where can I order some MDPC Sleeving at? There website not working for me..

Interesting thread. I actually have something similar but I didn't make it myself, I bought it from moddiy. Sleeving is pretty high quality and heatshrink-free.

Since this photo, I wisely inverted the bottom fan. ;\
Side note: I first had some trouble with this cable being too long, I bought it at 60cm (inc.molex connectors). I then realized it's actually the define r3 being a bit small. Hmm...was really hyped about the case, now I'm thinking about replacing it.
I was also thinking on inverting the power supply like you but then I can't use the bottom fan which I must for the upcoming summer temps.

How do you attached the sleeve to the 24-pin wires without the heatshrink? Can you show your process with pictures?

That is some great pics, however that method will not work with all the types of sleeving out there due to some being bigger then others (paracord and so on)
Dont get me wrong it works but does not keep with the flow of the cables, the traditional way to do a split in the cables is to make a Y split somewhere hidden in the middle of the cable - this way you can have single sleeved cables going into the connector cleanly without having to stuff a double wire into it.
I do not post this to crud on your thread as those are beautifull pics, just to make sure the other new sleevers know there is an easier method if they use a different sleeve.
Keep up the good work.
