The computer I built for my dad a year ago has been having some a lot of issues lately (BSOD, randomly turning off, etc.). It also happens that his UPS appears to be failing/acting weird, so could the fact that his computer was plugged into a UPS that was having issues cause his computer to start acting weird? For good measure I just plugged his computer into the wall socket this morning and we will see if this solves his problems.
