Great build. I hope you use all the features of the Sabertooth to make it worth it.

blech Sabertooth Intel..Well to each their own,I guess redface.gif
Umm..That g.skill RAM won't perform as well as this stuff http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820147094
and..Sandy Bridge does 2133 nicely :thumb.gif: GFLOPS ftw!
Other than that..It's all personal preference..and you've made solid choices :thumb.gif:
idk about z77...but p67 Sabertooth didn't clock as well as p67 pro..Things may have changed..IDK....
I think the Biostar z77 looks good redface.gif
Woww..$169 for something to hold parts ..I can't/shouldn't say anymore redface.gif
If i had a nickel for every time I've been rebooted by lightning..I'd have at least $1..I live in the lightning capitol of the US.

I am getting tired of 2133 MHz. Show me one REAL WORLD benchmark where it nets you a performance boost.

Awesome you got the Asus 670 Top!! I just ordered the non-top version off newegg this morning since Top was sold out. It's quieter than the windforce and is the only card to receive a perfect 10 rating on techpowerup in almost 3 years (techpowerup puts more emphasis on noise than most reviewers, which I like). Your rig is gonna be awesome! If you get a chance make sure to post a pic- I'm subscribed.

Good call on the SSD storage bump. The case may be overkill, but cases (as far as I'm concerned) are 80% user preference anyway, so whatever floats your boat is fine.

The only change I'd make is saving some money by switching to the Silverstone Strider Gold 850W over the HX850. It's also fully modular over the HX850's semi-modularity, but that may not be a big selling point.

Yeah I had recently read through that review so when I saw it pop up in my Newegg I bought it immediately. I'm not much of a photographer but I'll grab some pics with my phone when everything arrives. thumb.gif

Yeah I had some extra wiggle room in my budget and saved a bit by going with Amazon so I thought a larger SSD would be nice. I know a lot of games let you customize their install location but still insist that you put mods and saves in some obscure folder on your boot drive which could add up fast. Plus that is more room to put some extra games on there that have longer load times!

UPDATE:

I received my CPU, SSD, and Windows 7 DVD on Friday and I got my PSU and DVD drive Saturday morning. Due to the holiday on Monday I'm guessing most of the other stuff will show up on Tuesday.

Awesome. thumb.gif

I finally got everything put together today. I've only installed windows and some drivers so far but everything seems to be working fine. I still have to hook up the rest of my HDDs and do some cable management.
