Makes no sense because at the height of the RRD fiasco you could simply replace them free of charge, so there wasn't any re-buying; you only bought it once.

360 consistently outsells PS3 and Wii in NA every month by 10s of thousands of units.

Well I'm somewhat glad I have the 120GB Elite, less reported RRoD. But then again you have to use the 360 to get it, lol. Mine hasn't been turned on since the week after Forza 4 was released.

Ummmm....the Wii has sold 5 million more units then the 360 in NA and 20 million more then the PS3. Globally the Wii destroys everything in sales.

Maybe you don't play yours?

I had 120 Elite. Zephyr I believe. Lasted 18 months, replaced under warranty. Refurb Falcon they shipped me lasted another 18 months, maybe 20. I'd have to check the dates more carefully. Then I had to choose to buy the slim or not. It's not a question of if, it's a question of when.

My brother's 360 failed. My uncle's failed. I have one friend who's has not failed, but his is a Jasper so maybe that's why.

What motherboard revision and how much do you play?

I really have no idea what motherboard I have (Don't take that much interest in it).

I play with friends every week.

But I do keep my house at 72 degrees Fahrenheit, so maybe ambient has something to do with it.
