I think its odd how people have had their XBoxs fail so many times when I have never had one fail yet I had 2 PS3s fail. I have sold my Xboxs for money reasons but the 2 PS3s I bought, 1 80GB MGS and one 40GB both died. The former of YLOD and latter just stopped reading discs of any kind.

i dont get this juge!he didnt ask ms to remove the offending stuff.wich is all program if i aint mistaken!wait:ms is the entity in programming lol!you can ask pretty much anything and if they dont do it most of the time its out of lazyness not because it cant be done !and now juge decide,lets keep things simple.ms wont have to work ,i wont have to work,motorolla will be happy.lets stop the sale of all the offender!

come on any juge worth is title is gona condenm this!there is no reason to stop selling a product.its like asking a corporation with its top selling console .would please go bankrupt now in your console division.the corp say no!the juge is like ,but you got all the other division ,what do you care?

corp would be like:who the **** go bankrupt on a division because juge ask or force!lol the juge will be sued before this happen!wait you cant sue the jusctice in america because of the paladin shield law!(okok its not the exact term but its the same crap!so how ms can counter this stupidity ,because it is a stupidity .nobody should have the right legally or illegally to ask a corp to stop selling a product based on stuff that can be corrected if juge force the corp to make the change!

my launch 360 was repaired 3 times and finally replaced, the new one hasnt had any issues. Every single person i know that had a 1st gen xbox 360 has had to have it replaced at least once or twice.

that said, i <3 xbox and will stick with m$ in the next wave.

Ummmm....the Wii has sold 5 million more units then the 360 in NA and 20 million more then the PS3. Globally the Wii destroys everything in sales.

I believe he meant that the 360 is currently outselling everything. Wii sales have dropped sharply in the last couple of years.

That's correct. In a commercial litigation setting (as this is), these types of "no sell" rulings are designed to make the offending party come to the table with a settlement offer. I get TROs all the time, and the end result is a serious settlement talk rather than a ban on sales.

why not ask ms to to remove the offending program instead of stopping sale,ms wouldnt mind they would use an alternative!
