Decided to build a new rig for myself, and I liked the Shinobi XL case that I used for my old rig (MIV gene-z,2700K,gtx 680) so I kept the case for this project and started to modify it for my needs..
Started up with stock Bitfenix Shinobi XL:

First I had to get rid off the hdd-rack, and noticed that 60mm thick rad won't fit with push/pull fans, so I cutted some room for it on the bottom of the 5.25" bays:

Fits.

Front rad is Phobya G-Changer 240 V1.2 and the fans are 4x1450rpm GT's,
sleeved all the fan cables with white paracord.

Cutted away the plastic supports for the upper mesh, to make room for 3xGT's on top of the case.

Headphone/mic jacks removed and replaced with fillport for the system:

Took the mick/headphone jacks off the circuit board and left only hte usb-ports, also made MacGyver patent to hold the ports on place

Reservoir is Alphacool's single 5.25" reservoir.

Painted the bitfenix logo and mesh-stripes and scythes kaze-q knobs white:

First things arrived, Silverstone Strider 1200W Gold PSU, and Asus Rampage IV Extreme mobo:

Had no use for the quick mounts on 5.25" bays so I removed them and cutted a piece of plexi there:

Started to sketchup a middle floor with holes for the plumming..

I kinda like the shiny surface on it, but it does not match with the color scheme, so I guess I'll be painting it b/w also..

Now back to the building corner!
