AMD is planning to use these processors to power a new range of ultra-slim laptops, to compete with Intel's Ultrabook range (and Apple's MacBook Air). These will be known as Ultra Thin laptops, and a Samsung model was available at the Trinity launch. Full specifications weren't available, but it was powered by an A10-4600M, was as slim and light as the Intel Ultrabooks we’ve seen and had no problems running Modern Warfare 3 smoothly.

Dont think this is official yet, first i've seen/heard of it. Its looking very good though. Nice chassis and note the dedicated touchpad buttons, 8GB ram (hopefully 2 sticks), and an A10-4655M.

Perhaps the resolution could be better but its not any worse than ultrabooks at the moment and to be honest I have 1600x900 in a 14 inch form factor at home and the text on webpages etc... is bit too small to read easily.

Anyway, im excited that Trinity looks like it will be coming in some decent laptops biggrin.gif

Well, it's undoubtedly 2 sticks. 99% of laptops only have 2 SO-DIMM slots, and a single 8GB module would be asinine, considering it'd raise the price of this laptop by $200.
