looks like an awesome case, but cosmos can mount a 360 and a 240 while this can only mount 2 240 rads. also it is very old i guess, which explains why i couldnt find a price for it. Also I think i failed again, but somehow managed to take off nearly $250 then with what i started with.

as you can see i havent included the fans, which makes me realise that it comes to the same price when i add the GT's. is there a way i can pay less? im targeting the reservoir and the pumps, since they cost 325 bucks. is there a cheaper way that i can solve this? also do i really need the mobo blocks? I know i asked for them at start, but now i think of it and it sounds kinda retarded to me. i dont see the need to buy mobo blocks as they dont need THAT much cooling, and also will increase the resistance which will probably shorten the life span of the pumps.

No you really don't need mobo blocks.

If I may ask, why do you need 2 pumps? One should suffice, and you can also save a bit on the Reservoir and get a Tube res (EK Multioption - $55)--unless you really want a Bay res.

You can also get Yate Loon Mediums or XSPC Xinrullian fans and save a ton of money over the Gentle Typhoons. That's probably the best way to shave the budget without losing too much performance.
Unless you're slowing the fans down with a controller, you could pick up an EX240 ($50) instead of the RX240. Fans >1000RPM on the EX rads will outperform the RX rads.

You also don't really need the EK bridge, unless you like the looks of it. Bitspower D Plugs and Koolance SLI fittings are a much cheaper way of connecting GPU's together. (Unless you want the EK bridge for aesthetics.)

And why get 40 feet of tubing? 20 is too much--honestly, and will give you plenty of room for mistakes.

For that much $$ I have a suggestion:Get a phase unit and only watercool your gpus.Use 2 separate loops for gpu...

since im going to use two rads and so two loops (i think there isnt a way to connect these) and so 2 pumps. I actually do want a bay res, sorry redface.gif for the fans, yeah they do look nice (as specs). also im not using a fan controller so RX240 it is?

Why do you want 2 loops? Why not just run it all together on a single pump?

If the fans are running full blast, get the EX240. If you're using a controller to slow them down to ~800RPM, RX240.

can i run them on one pump? wouldnt that cause the pump to be overloaded?

For CPU, 2 GPU's, and 2 Rads not at all. I've used a single MCP655 to cool CPU, 2x GPU's, Mobo, 4 Radiators--with a ton of angled fittings. It probably wasn't terribly ideal, but my temps were still fine. One MCP655 will cover your setup just fine.

I'm not too sure about clearance in the Cosmos II, but when I had a Cosmos S, it housed a GTX 360 radiator with no problems in push/pull fan configuration. And at the time that radiator was cooling an i7 920, a Rampage II, and 2x 480s. Since you're going with the much cooler 680s, a single good 360mm radiator should be more than sufficient. One pump is also good enough to handle all that, and you might also look into the DDC (such as the MCP-35X) instead of D5 since that's a space saver and offers similar performance. You won't need a motherboard block, although I've heard people saying that the fan on the R4E can get a little loud, but running water over it won't give you any advantage in terms of overclocking for 24/7.

As for the case, I used to be going after the looks like you and bought many mainstream cases that are readily available at most retailers, but it's a whole different story once you go custom watercooling. It's very frustrating to work with and if you ever have to take your loop apart for maintenance, it'll require even more work. However, a lot of these problems can be fixed easily if manufacturers can re-introduce removable motherboard trays. In my setup, I have no-spill quick disconnects that can cut the blocks off from the rest of my loop for maintenance and I can just slide out the entire motherboard tray including the graphics cards in my CaseLabs T10, and that makes maintenance very easy since you instantly get a million miles of workspace around the motherboard area.

I looked around online and it was rather tight in the Cosmos II.

OP you don't need two loops. Two loops are simply a waste of money because they aren't necessary at all offering zero cooling benefits. If you want to cut out some money you could have kept the pump/res combo that I originally recommended. You also ordered 40 feet worth of tubing... A rig only needs 6 feet of tubing max and that leaves you enough space for errors too. When I originally did my loop I only used 4 feet. Not to mention why did you go for the most expensive GPU blocks there is? If you have a reference GTX 680 then you can use the cheaper ones that I already recommended to you. A tube cutter? It's called a knife, razor blade, or just some wire cutters work just fine. Here you go: 385
