Well - for a start I think 1500$ is a bit overspending it, but its not my money so not my place to tell you what to do with it. However, if you are willing to consider going with "budget" setup that should cool approx as good for quarter of the price, then chek out my buildlog, the component list is in the first post, it's ~360 euros altogehter. 9x120 mm radiator, couple of small pumps and res, couple of blocks .. http://www.overclock.net/t/1262095/soliton-dispenser-an-atx-portable-watercooled-case-with-external-9x120mm-rad Ofc with full blocks for GFX cards it would cost a bit more, I'm just saying that good performance can be had for a lot cheaper, if that's one of the design goals.

Considering, that for example, in reality the effect between having Nova 1080 radiator and Supervova 1260 radiator the water temperature difference is approx 0.5C while the price difference is double. For the price (if we use the overall system price as indicator) in turn two 1080 radiators outperform the 1260 for the same price, although the water delta difference is again around degree in real world scenarios. There are some offering out there aimed at guy who use only the price as indicator how "good" the thing is and these offerings are specifically set up to release the pressure in these wallets.
