I need some help coming up with a low cost solution for a friend of mine's church. They are needing a computer for their office and will only be doing, what I'm guessing, is basic computer tasks for the church. They have a nice monitor and mouse/keyboard from their old computer they want to use so that leaves just building the tower. I need to keep this build as cheap as possible. $400 is MAX but I would like to get it even lower if possible. Thanks guys and I appreciate all suggestions.

Not sure if he needs the OS or not, but it isn't included in either of the above, so if you need the OS then just add another $99 for the cost of it. In either case both of these systems would be MORE than enough for what the church is going to do.
