Collection server error

Thread Starter
Ok, so for some reason my windows RC 1 has problems sending in results to the F@H server. I managed to find away around this and it worked... for a while. Basically what I would do is open up Windows XP (dual boot) and open up the RC1 folder of F@H and it would transfer. However, now im getting this when I try to transfer. *sigh* Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Dont mind the odd colors, changed it to 16bit to lessen the size.

EDIT: I would like to clear this up ASAP, as I have joined a team and this is my main rig, and thus, counts toward the team.

Humm, I don't know... are Windows Firewalls' Ports open? I'm running F@H on both cores with RC2 and haven't had any problems.

You could also try reinstalling the clients, making sure to use diffrent directories etc... but frankly I'm not sure what's up.

Any more details?

EDIT:

http://fah-web.stanford.edu/serverstat.html

that paticular server (171.64.122.130) is down... you can wait for it to go back up or close F@H, delete the work folders, and reboot F@H.... it should query for new servers and new assignements... but the points are lost.

I shouldn't be helping the competiton

There's no need to delete the work folders. The completed work will transmit once the servers are back up. Meanwhile, new work can be completed. There is plenty of room in the queue for unsent WUs.
