How do I enable adaptive vsync?

Am I blind? I can't find where I can enable it. I googled it, and they said that there is a dropdown in NVIDIA Control Panel. However, I don't see anywhere in the Control Panel to enable it.

Thanks, I'm sure I'm being stupid tongue.gif
