ahhh... I just downgraded from 5.1 to 5.0.1 on my 4S like last week.

I'll guess within a month or two probably... Who knows? There's really no real difference in any of the updates on my 4S so far. I'm just so happy I can finally install winterboard

I deleted all language packs and killed like 20 launch daemons
removed spotlight and page dots

no winterboard. everything running fast and stable =)
I found winterboard to cause the most problems when I was on 5.0.1

Mac:
defaults write com.apple.iTunes DeviceBackupsDisabled -bool false

Windows 32bit:
"%ProgramFiles%\iTunes\iTunes.exe" /setPrefInt DeviceBackupsDisabled 0

Windows 64bit:
