It's 18amps on the 12v rail. I'm guessing that probably puts a new psu in my future also?

Yes, I would definatly put the far up on your list. That might do ok for everything stock, but when you start overclocking and parts start pulling more amps you will start seeing instability, or worse, your psu will crap out on yah. Check out Antex, OCZ, Forton Group, PC Power and Cooling, and SeaSonic, have heard great things about all those brands (I personally use Antecs).
