You sure you need 1.2V?
All of my 6950s only need 1.149v for 900mhz.

And what are the temps for all the on die sensors?

That seems far from normal. I'm using the reference cooler with an unlocked card at 900/1400 1.175v and around 60% fan speed will keep it at <73c at max load. What where temps like before replacing the TIM? Perhaps it's not making proper contact with the heatsink. Are the heatpipes all in working order?

After replacing the tim, temps were slightly lower
As far as i can tell it is making proper contact
How can i check the heatpipes?

Thanks

Spread looks good, or the 3 temps would be farther apart.

What's your ambient temp?

Anyways back from my orgasm, my card on stock cooler never breaches 71C Maybe sand down the Coolers touch spots, and get the most expensive TIM you can get? I use Artic5, under water my card never hits above 41C.
