Erm i use mx2, and ocz freeze which are similar to as5 iirc

The colors just look sick, What if you try to clean the Fins of the heat sink with compressed air, and clean the bottom of the cooler very well with some alcohol.

If there is a visible hole in any heatpipes the coolant would have escaped. I'm not sure what kind of coolant they use but it could be a liquid or vapour at ~60-80c.

Moved the sound card

New load is 80 degrees which isnt to bad i guess

Hmm...here are my tests on my reference card:

As per suggestions...since it's an open test bench maybe point a fan on the intakes of the cards and an exhaust fan just to move the hotter air away from the card.

The 1.2v is to high for 900, what is your mem clock?

You should be able to hit 900 @ 1.149 as long as the mem clock is around 1325-1350.
