ok, so i bought 16gb corsair vengance 2133mhz, i knew i would have to do overclocking, but even then. my computer wont take it. the max is 1723.. how do i get my ram to 2133

Use the 9.33x divider on the ram and up the reference clock to 228-229mhz. That, and MANUALLY enter your timings / voltage.
