Drilling two 120mm fan holes in acrylic side window

CAN IT BE DONE?!

And what tools would I need to do it? I'm planning to get my GPU underwater via universal blocks, so that means I'll need airflow over the passive vregs on the video card. Side window is the best bet thumb.gif I'm afraid that the acrylic will crack, I only have 1 shot because I only have 1 acrylic piece.

You should use a drill and a 4,5" holesaw (pretty much the perfect size).

If you do it carefully, the acrylic shouldn't crack unless it's some very bad one.

Edit: Here's a guide about it: http://casemodgod.com/ModGuides/BlowHoles/blow_holes.htm There's also a part that explains exactly what you want to do (a blow hole in a window).
