MSI RMA experience?

How good is MSI's RMA department? My motherboard died about a week ago and I sent it in. MSI received it 4 days ago, and sent an email saying that everything was received. I have not heard from them since....

Is MSI generally good about RMAs?

Only had one experience with MSI RMA and it was stellar.
Just follow the directions they send you and if your equipment qualifies , you should be good smile.gif

Edit: I sent my GD-70 in and 11 days later received a replacement that works like new thumb.gif

whats the turn around after they get your stuff usually? Maybe I'm just being impatient, cause I've been without my gaming PC for 2 weeks. biggrin.gif
Just have this lousy 5000+ and GTX 260. rolleyes.gif

I'm just wondering what they are going to send me. My motherboard appears to be discontinued.

7 days from when they emailed me - but think you are another day shipping from the repair facility than i am and that will be both ways. Also, the holiday will probably foul things up a little bit too. I would expect it would be to you by tuesday of next week. Patience, maybe its a sign you should get outside and enjoy the weekend??? tongue.gif

Aye I'm familiar with the outside world, its pretty awesome out there today. I spent all day thursday digging a ditch for a waterline and electrical line so I'm kinda pooped and wanna game a bit. biggrin.gif
