Time to get a 1000W psu I guess.

What the heck is that second chip just left of the ram?, is that a second core?, physics processor?, memory controller?.......I dont see my Zalman VF900 heatsink fitting on this at all (unless thats a heatspreader over the core).

Dont get just any 1000w, they dont have enough amps
This is the only single PSU on the market right now that can handle 2:
http://www.pcpower.com/products/view...hp?show=T1KWSR

Going to be alot of unhappy people when they go buy a 450$ 1000W PSU and it won't be enough.

And I believe that 2nd core is for physics.

They will need to redesign the bases of GPU waterblocks for these.

What about the Enermax Galaxy? I think it is $100 cheaper than the PC Power & Cooling 1000w PSU. PCpower doesnt list how many rails their 1000w PSU has but I assume 5? http://www.enermax.com/english/produ...y1.asp?PrID=60

And if that second chip is for physics, how much of the ram is being dedicated to that chip? 128mb for physics and 512mb for GPU?

The Enermax Galaxy doesnt have enough amperage on the GPU rail to power two G80s. PC Power & Coolings latest 1000W PSU has 74A on a single 12V rail, and is the only one with enough amperage to run SLI G80s.

There's gonna be alot more drive bay psu around...

That little chip isn't physics. Perhaps it's the memory controller, and is not on-die like 78/79?

I think the smaller die is for HDCP functionality.

No, not even close. Keep in mind there are THREE PC power & cooling 1000w PSUs, and only one of those 3 can run SLIed G80s.

These PSUs CANT handle 2 G80s:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817703003

This PSU CAN handle 2 G80s:

These are the only 1000W PSUs that I know of.

What is funny is that none of these can be verified. One every single picture is different. Two All the capacitors are in different places on each picture. Three the last picture on this page has 1 6-pin connecter not 2. This for now is all bogus. Until Nvidia or a reliable source provides us information on these cards there is no point in talking about them.
