A paying friend has asked to look at her "eMachine E372z"
The problem is, it is running very slow, loading windows takes like 15min.
So I have removed the HDD and ran Speedfan's SMART application, that showed a Read error failure.
Then I ran the Speedfan Online SMART function and it shows the same read error, saying 2 sectors are bad but they disk is all good still.
After installing the HDD in my sig rig, I preformed a Windows check disk on it, looking for and attempting to fix all bad sectors selected. To which it came back all good.
So I am in two mind if the HDD is the fault or is there something else to look at?
And no it is not overheating.
PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!
Thanks a bunch
