Does anybody know if the US will be getting a Cherry MX Red or Black option for the Trigger? I really want to try out PC gaming and this keyboard seems perfect for me except that the US version comes with Cherry MX Brown switches. I have heard the bump they give isn't great for gaming so that's definitely holding me back.(plus I still need to up my gpu

)

One never knows what CM will do. I told them last year to ship the Quick Fire in red to USA. They said no. Then they changed their mind. Aren't you lucky

The difference tween red and brown is not a lot. but it makes a great difference for typing. I actually had to learn to touch type because of my red board. It is so easy.

But they told me this year that they are "thinking" about sending red switches to USA. Even they don't know yet. I did not ask about black, sorry.

You are not stupid at all! You just asked when the switches would come out and I answered

Got that answer from PM on June 8th, so there was no way you would find that anywhere else

It's good to ask questions ^.^

I'm enjoying my browns right now, just have to get used to it. The keys are spaces differently then I'm used to. (Been using laptops my whole life xD)

I believe he got it from outside US. If I'm correct, which is most likely.
Also, did anyone else's came in a "Refurbished box"? Mine came in a Thermal Master TC-101 case.. and on the shipping slip, it said RMA.
At first when it arrived at the door, I thought they had sent in the wrong item and thought to myself, oh god I have to deal with customer service. However when I opened, there was the CM Trigger box inside

Guessing they are trying to save money or something.
