im not sure which to go with or how much an annoyance the bezels are on multi monitor setups are. but those are what im looking at buyin and cant decide.im leaning toward 2x 27 inch but need some help deciding and if any1 has any others they would recommend would be much help.

Unless you plan on actually spanning one window/game across multiple monitors, the bezels should be a non-factor; you simply learn to look past them. It's kinda like how while looking out a window, you don't really see the frame around it because you're focused on what's on the other side.

From what I remember, Eyefinity is basically an expansion of capabilities for multi-monitor setups which allows for things like spanning a game across multiple monitors better. You can still use basic multi-monitor abilities like having different things on different monitors.

For example: I keep my main programs like Firefox and games in my main monitor and use my secondary (and soon to be tertiary) for things like Foobar, chat windows, and other things I'm not looking at constantly.

Gaming on two monitors is annoying, if you're using Eyefinity. Think about it, your crosshair is going to be smack dab in the middle of the two monitors. If you want to use Eyefinity for gaming, get three 23" 1080p monitors.

You could obviously still use one monitor for gaming and have your music/web browser/etc open up on the other one.

Are you look to game on two monitors or are you just going for one as gaming and other as websites or temps or whatnot? If you are looking at gaming across multiple screens then it has to be 3 or 5 screens or you will have the center of the game in a bezel. Also if you are dead set on the 2560x1600/1400 route then just get the Dell 30" or 3 of the Dell 27" screens if you can afford it but be ready for some major performance blows compared to a 1080 setup.

While they are nice monitors, keep in mind that 3 of those have almost 1.8 times as many pixels as 3 1080p monitors, and gaming on that will be very intensive.
