This may seem a little unnecessary, but it may improve temps. How about releasing a waterblock that can replace the heatsink on the top of the block? It would wick away the heat produced by the pump on the block and further lower temps. Yes I know the whole concept of a waterblock on a waterblock is absurd, but It definitely should have some improvement on temps and help extend the life of the pump.
