Bioshock won't launch, help!

I recently got the Bioshock 2 pack from Amazon, and for some reason, the first game won't launch (the second is still downloading)

I get this error:

Anyone have any ideas? I think a c0000005 error is RAM, right?

I do not think it is RAM related.
