Thanks. With the SMH10 released and the pedestal available, I'm a bit closer to getting started with the actual build. I've also picked up a few wood and stain samples for replacing the the cover panels eventually.

I was considering using the same case and cooling loop for 2 motherboards with a KVM built into the case. (Workstation/Server)

[Update]
CL answered this question for me. They currently do not offer anything for multiple ATX mounts within the same case, but are working on a new design for next year sometime that should have this ability. I doubt that I can restrain myself quite that long though.
Um... the TX10.

More specifically TX10-D... Too wide for where it will be at though. Generally, I don't need more than 1U for the server side of things.

On an unrelated matter, I'm now considering adding an in-line filter to the loop just to help protect against any cleaning that may be needed from extra radiator flux and what not that I miss. Has anyone used one to know if they work very well?

Ok... I've ordered the SMH10 with Pedestal and 4 140.4 radiator mounts (along with some other little things like anti-vibration 5.25" bracket). I also ordered a Cougar CF-V14H and Corsair AF140 so I can compare CFM vs Noise between 120mm fan + BGears adapter and just using 140mm fans. I wanted to grab a 140mm Noctua, but they have 120mm mounting holes? I'll probably pick up a Noiseblocker 140mm as well, but Newegg doesn't sell them so that will be ordered alongside my radiators and such most likely.

Lowfat is using the BGears and they look and perform great.

Looking forward to hearing which fans you like better between the Cougar and Corsair. I swapped all the fans in my builds to Corsair AF120's, AF140's, and SP120's for the rads - been happy with the performance of them and they were a lot more quiet than the Cooler Master fans I was using, but I haven't tried Cougar

It will probably be a little while because I'm not going to buy my radiators and such until I've done lots of measurements and tested some things on the case. I don't have any air measuring instruments, so the comparison will just be by ear and touch. I do wish that Corsair made an SP140, but they do not.

I don't have my fans yet, but i found something useful: http://uk.hardware.info/productinfo/benchmarks/23/case-fans?products[]=130213&specId=4849&tcId=189

It's a shame the testing wasn't a bit more comprehensive.

I was hoping to find ready-made 4-pin PWM to multiple 3-pin fan circuits, but I guess nobody wants them? I'll have to see how much time it would take to make my own. I'd like to use PWM, but don't want it to limit my choice of fan.

I have seen one and I think I have one... I will look around tonight and see if I can find it. I am pretty sure that I did not make it.
